Halloween: Fitness & Costumes

In 12 days, it will be Halloween. This holiday means parties, costumes, candy, and more costumes. If you are struggling to come up with your costume this year, why not consider showing off your muscles with a fitness-inspired ensemble?

One of the first names to come to mind when you hear the word “fitness” is Richard Simmons.

You will need:

An afro wig, or an unruly head of curls

 

One racerback tank top (color &/or sparkle encouraged)

One pair of shorts (the shorter, the better)

& finally, chest hair will take your costume to the next level

A costume that can be easily put together is: boxer.

You will need:

A pair of boxing gloves

A simple tank top

& a pair of athletic shorts

A fun & simple fitness costume is ’80s inspired, in the style of Olivia Newton-John’s famed video “Let’s Get Physical.”

You will need:

One leotard

A pair of legwarmers

& 1 sweatband
