School is out, and while a significant other is not necessary for happiness, this time of year often ushers in the summer romance.

Whether you are in a serious relationship, beginning a new relationship, looking for a fling or relationship, or happily single, feeling sexy is good for you.

First of all, when you feel sexy, you also feel confident.

Being confident is beneficial in a couple of ways:

Other people decide whether they like you or not within the first 7 seconds of meeting you. Thus, people often decide whether or not they want to do business with you, be your friend, etc., before you have even had a chance to say anything. So what are people responding to? Often, confidence. Confident people have better posture, look people in the eye, smile, and have a more positive attitude.
