Feeling Sexy is Good for Your Health
School is out, and while a significant other is not necessary for happiness, this time of year often ushers in the summer romance.
Whether you are in a serious relationship, beginning a new relationship, looking for a fling or relationship, or happily single, feeling sexy is good for you.
First of all, when you feel sexy, you also feel confident.
Being confident is beneficial in a couple of ways:
- Favorable first impressions.
Other people decide whether they like you or not within the first 7 seconds of meeting you. Thus, people often decide whether or not they want to do business with you, be your friend, etc., before you have even had a chance to say anything. So what are people responding to? Often, confidence. Confident people have better posture, look people in the eye, smile, and have a more positive attitude.
- Good mental health.
Confidence is a necessary component of mental health and happiness. Sometimes, we focus on our outer health to the exclusion of our inner health. While we cannot be completely happy 100% of the time, we should be comfortable in our skin.
Sound good? Good. Now, let’s talk about things you can do to feel sexy:
- Leave your underwear at home.
- Be spontaneous. Remember that anything is possible, and the world is an exciting, sexy place.
- Wear an amazing scent.
- Wear an outfit that results in your spending a little extra time undressing.
